Registration for the 2012-2013 school year is now open. Outlined below are the documents required to complete registration, followed by links to the documents in PDF form. Returning Students refers to students who attended Wilson Creek School at the end of the 2011-2012 school year.

Parents/guardians of returning students will also be sent a Contact/Emergency Verification form over the summer to verify student, parent/guardian, and emergency contact information.

NOTICE: Lunch prices for students who do not apply and qualify for free or reduced-price meals are increasing effective the 2012-2013 school year.  Only lunch prices are changed.  New lunch prices are $1.75 each for preschool -6th grade, and $2.25 each for 7th-12th grade.  These changes are part of new state mandates.

All families are encouraged to apply for free or reduced-price meals by completing the application .
